You are:-

  • Professional, enthusiastic with a great personality. 

  • Already coaching or have a passion to start the coaching journey.

  • Able to work under your own direction but contribute to a dynamic team.

  • Looking for a fun supportive environment to coach in.

  • Happy to attend group coach meetings and develop your craft.

  • Wanting to deliver excellence to customers.

  • Able to share your ideas and philosophies with our coaches and customers.

The Role

  • Self employed golf coach based 100% at Sunderland Golf Centre.

  • Flexible hours.

  • Freedom on lesson tariff.

  • Industry normal % payback on gross lessons to PMG.

  • Freedom to develop own reputation as a coach.

  • Group and individual coaching required.
